Atasu Group Establishes a New Company Together with a Chinese State Logistics Operator

Atasu Group and Xinjiang International Land Port Group have signed an agreement on establishing a new company, Xinjiang Eurasia Interconnect International Logistics Co., Ltd.

The deal took place during the official visit of the Kazakhstani delegation to Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China, from 30 to 31 March 2026.

The company’s ownership structure is:

51% — Xinjiang International Land Port Group (China)

49% — Atasu Group (Kazakhstan)

The new joint venture unites Chinese state logistics infrastructure with Kazakhstani expertise and terminal network in order to develop transport corridors from China to Central Asia and Europe.

This Partnership provides Kazakhstan with access to the latest technologies in multimodal transportation, new export opportunities and strengthens Kazakhstan’s position as the key transit hub in Eurasia.
